I Forgot My Password

Don’t worry, we can help by sending you a link to reset it.

1. Click Forgot Password.
2. Enter the email address to send the password email.
3. Click Submit.
4. Check your inbox for a password reset email.
5. Click on the URL link provided in the email.
6. You will then be redirected to the change password page and you can then enter your NEW password.

How Can I Reset My Password

1. Click on your user profile pic as shown below.

     2. Next click reset password from the drop-down menu.

     3. Type the new password & click reset.

How Do I Change A Password For A Student/Teacher

1. Log in to the system.
2. Click on the dotted menu next to the relevant student name or user name.

       3. From the drop-down menu click reset password.

       4. Type in the new password.

        5. The new password will be emailed to the user. The system will ask for a password change at the next sign-in. Remember to type the new password & click reset.
